I write as a hobby, a cheap means of therapy. Like most writers, I am concerned with copyright, etc, but so long as the work is kept intact and proper credit given, so much the better for added exposure.

Kafka if a favorite of mine. I can identify with him as a writer. But there are other writers who have influenced me as much, if not more, in one way or another. All influences will bleed through in whatever one attempts to depict in our own way. There really are no new stories. The challenge is to give them a fresh spin and keep them timely.
